If your business has not filed 2023 taxes yet, the deadline to do so is October 15th! We still have time to meet the deadline if we hurry!

For new 2024 businesses, if you need help setting up for your account in QBO or Xero and catching up your books so they are ready for 2024 filings, we can get a start on that!

I currently have room for a few more clients, but spots are limited as this is the start of the busy season for bookkeepers!

Meet Ashley

Ashley founded Bookkeeping by Ashley answering the need for quality outsourced bookkeeping in Bozeman and surrounding areas.

Her prior accounting experience includes running a small RV rental business and successfully doing her own books the last few years. She also managed the business office for a large dealership group here in Bozeman. Her responsibilities included overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, gathering stats and submitting monthly financial statements to the franchises.

Ashley takes pride in her work ethic and attention to detail. She understands the importance of tight deadlines while never compromising the quality of work she produces.

Ashley holds a certificate in Bookkeeping which she obtained through Coursera and Intuit. She is also a Certified Xero Advisor and a notary in the state of Montana.

She is currently accepting new clients.

Monthly virtual bookkeeping includes:

  • Reconciled accounts and organized books each month

  • Recording transactions and revenue

  • Month end package with financial reports, including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement

  • Month over Month review of financials

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Year-end review of your books and communication with your tax preparer

  • Small business payroll

Clean-up and/or Catch-up Bookkeeping:

  • Recording and reconciling accounts that are not current

  • Correcting messy bookkeeping, that has not been done correctly

  • Setting up bookkeeping through QuickBooks Online or Xero and getting your financials current

A La Carte Bookkeeping Services:

  • Setup chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online or Xero with no ongoing bookkeeping

  • Payroll with no additional bookkeeping - through Gusto

Notary:

  • Free Notary services for local clients
